Estes Method
Greetings Precious Human! Let’s talk Estes Method today. I’ve had several people message me about this intriguing communication method. What exactly is the Estes Method, who created it, and how is it effective in communication?
The Estes Method was born at the Stanley Hotel in Estes, Colorado in 2016. by Karl Pfeiffer and Connor Randall. The method is described as a unique way to utilize combined sensory deprivation with EMF theories of intuitive connection. Karl and Connor are two of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. I’ve had the personal pleasure of speaking to them about the Estes Method, watching them in action, as well as participate with them in a couple of sessions at the very haunted, Ashmore Estates.
What do you need? You’ll want to obtain an SB7, black out eye mask, and most importantly, Vic Firth noise cancelling headphones (Bose, and other brands do not cancel out the sound, which is super important), You don’t want to hear anything but the sweeping sounds of the SB7. I typically sweep FM, 150 in reverse, if you’re in a remote location, you may want to try sweeping on AM 200. The location may actually dictate which frequency you use.
How do you execute? First, let me say, it’s not recommended that you investigate in your home. Go outside, sit on your deck, buy tickets to a paranormal event, go to a cemetery etc. Here is how I was taught. Take a few deep breathes, clear your mind and think communication, if you’re a skilled meditator, this may be easier for you. Set up our SB7, I hold it in my right hand with my index finger holding antenna, turn on your SB7, strap on your mask, then headphones. Clear your mind and slow your breathing, take about 60 seconds to get into the rhythm of the sweeping. Have a partner close by or even remotely via telephone to introduce yourself and explain the process to the spirits. They can then start asking questions and attempt to achieve intelligent responses. It’s okay to ask the same question more than once, if nothing else for validation purposes. The more you do it, the better you become, just like with anything else. If you’re sensitive, an intuitive or psychic medium, you can often receive intelligent responses from above the white noise. I’ve documented approximately 200 hours over the past 2 years, and some of the results have been mind blowing, extremely relevant, accurate and very helpful. For me, the Estes Method provides one of the most direct ways to communicate with spirit, and will only enhances ones spiritual journey.
